Ring Clutch consists of a shackle and a clutch head, the shackle is free to move in any direction.
The clutch in each load group matches the shape of the recess former and incorporates a locking bolt which engages in the head of the cast-in lifting anchor. The Ring clutches are clearly matched to the lifting anchors by compatible design as well as by marking the anchor types and load groups. Only matching components will fit together.
Ring clutch has the advantages of small volume, high load, convenient and fast construction and so on.

Every ring clutch is marked with load capacities and a batch number.

Most of the ring clutch contains alloy steel castings, which are produced and checked according to the normal standard. According to the routine, each product is subject to magnetic particle flaw detection and strict sampling breaking test. The bearing coefficient used by users is also relatively high. The ring clutch is positioned in the recess surrounding the cast-in anchor and the locking latch is closed by hand, enabling the locking ring to engage with the anchor head. The clutch is thus connected with the anchor in a matter of seconds. The ring clutch can now be pulled in all directions to allow for lifting, rotating and pitching of the unit. There is no preferred direction. To release, open the latch and the ring clutch can be removed.
