Erection anchors enable lifting of columns, beams, walls and other pre-cast concrete elements. Erection anchors can be used in all lifting directions and for lifting angles up to 90 degrees. The stress transfer to the concrete occurs over the reinforcement bar in the lower hole. The shoulders of this anchor prevent spalling of concrete elements when lifting from a flat position.
The key benefits and features for erection anchors are as per below:
• These anchors manufactured from high grade steel, are notched to accommodate extra reinforcement required for pitching and are available in safe working loads from 1.4t to 22.0t. They are available in black, zinc plated, galvanized steel or stainless steel.

Are suitable for horizontal to vertical edge pull applications. Voids pressed into the anchor allow reinforcement to be fitted to the anchor. Twin notches prevent the lifting clutch from making contact with the concrete preventing damage to the concrete unit while also preventing incorrect installation.
